(CVM) Maitre’D comes standard in three languages(English, French, Spanish) and can support any ISO 8859-1 (LATIN 1) language you need. Maitre'D comes in two versions depending on your needs: V 7.5 and V 8.0 which is sequel server 2008 based. Reports and Back Office: Easy to learn and use. Information is power! The Back Office is the heart of the system. All Employees, User functions, Menus are programed from here which can reside in you office or on a POS terminal. Flexible and detailed reports in real time that can give you the information you need to drive you business successfully. Avalable Modules and Interfaces: Back-Up Server: The Back-Up Server adds a real time backup server for additional redundancy. This back up takes over IN REAL TIME and runs the other POS terminals if the main server fails. It is installed on another POS. Auxiliary Module: adds back office features to another computer in real time. (used by accounts/receiving or a managers POS) Accounts Receivable Module: adds accounts receivable features to be used by accounts or receiving dept. Delivery Module: If your business offers delivery or take-out service, Maitre’D’s feature-rich Delivery module will make managing these services a breeze. The Delivery module helps to streamline all delivery operations and manage delivery drivers to increase speed of service and efficiency. Delivery covers all the bases including Caller ID, Last Order Recall, and driving directions with Map Point. Inventory Module: adds inventory tracking features to be used by accounts or receiving dept. Inventory Module: Food and beverage costing and stock control. Add recipes to items sold on the front end, create PO's, store rooms, order sheets, order, receive goods and pay bills all on one system. If a hand held unit is used as a POS, it has the dual function of a bar code scanner for inventory counting. EFT/Credit Card Module: needed for all credit card processing. Maitre’d comes with Mercury payment systems built in for flawless performance. Any other credit card processors can be used. Time & Attendance Module: needed for Clock in, payroll and schedules. This powerful software can handle scheduling and payroll at a glance. Biometric Finger Print Support for Server Login can also be added. Export Payroll to ADP, QuickBooks, Etc Payroll Interface: (requires the t&a module) needed if you want to communicate with outside payroll software. Gift Card Interface: (requires the eft module) needed if you want to communicate with outside gift card software. Gift card & loyalty program for single and multiple locations. A fantastic marketing tool and guaranteed money in the bank. Time Management Interface: (requires the t&a module) needed if you want to communicate with outside time management software. Accounting Interface: (general ledger)including ar and ap interfaces. Hotel Interface: needed if you want to communicate with outside hotel management software.
